Trademark Policy

The “Relay” name, logo, and related brand assets are trademarks of Nex Devz. These marks represent our reputation and quality, and we retain all rights in them. Nothing in our services grants you a license to use them except as described below.

You may, without prior written permission:

• use the Relay name in plain text to refer to the service accurately;
• state that your product “works with” or “integrates with” Relay, in a truthful, non-misleading way.

You may not:

• use our marks in a way that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without permission;
• alter, distort, or combine our logo with other marks;
• use our marks in your company name, product name, domain, or logo;
• use confusingly similar marks.

“Claude” and “Anthropic” are marks of Anthropic; “GPT” and “OpenAI” are marks of OpenAI; “Gemini” and “Google” are marks of Google; and “DeepSeek” is a mark of its respective owner. These names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Relay uses these names solely to describe compatibility and interoperability with those providers. Such use does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. Relay is an independent service and is not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or DeepSeek.
