Terms of Service

Relay is an AI API gateway operated by Nex Devz that provides a single, drop-in endpoint to route, load-balance, and fail over requests across third-party model providers including Claude, GPT-4o, DeepSeek, and Gemini. By accessing or using Relay, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Your use of Relay must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You must also comply with the usage policies of any upstream provider your requests are routed to.

API keys authenticate requests and are tied to your billing. You are responsible for keeping keys secret, rotating them if exposed, and for all usage and charges incurred through them. Do not embed keys in client-side code or public repositories.

Paid plans are billed in advance or based on metered usage as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may upgrade at any time, effective immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Prepaid credits are non-transferable and may expire per the plan terms. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.

Each plan includes rate limits and usage allowances. Requests exceeding your limits may be throttled or rejected, and overage usage may incur additional charges at the rates published for your plan. We may adjust limits to protect service stability.

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or the AUP, non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, or to comply with law or protect the service. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Sections intended to survive termination (including payment, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity) will remain in effect.

Relay is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service or any upstream provider will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that model outputs will be accurate or suitable for your use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nex Devz and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nex Devz, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, the AUP, or any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts located in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact vexanodeofficial@gmail.com.
