Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs your use of Relay and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. It applies to all traffic routed through the gateway to any provider.

You may not use Relay to:

• engage in or facilitate illegal activity;
• generate, solicit, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors;
• create, distribute, or operate malware, exploits, or tools designed to compromise systems;
• harass, threaten, defame, or promote hatred or violence against individuals or groups;
• send spam, or scrape, crawl, or harvest data without authorization;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written authorization;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• violate the usage policies of any upstream provider your requests are routed to.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, rotating keys if they may have been exposed, and for all activity conducted through them. Do not share keys or embed them in public or client-side code.

Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or billing — for example by rotating accounts, distributing a single workload across many keys to evade limits, or automating request floods. Such behavior degrades service for others and may result in suspension.

You are solely responsible for the prompts you send and the outputs you receive. Model outputs may be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable; you must review outputs before relying on them and must not present them in ways that violate this AUP or the law. Nex Devz does not endorse and is not responsible for user-generated content.

Because Relay routes your requests to third-party models, your use must also comply with each provider’s own usage policies:

• Google Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy
• DeepSeek Terms of Use

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning you, rate-limiting or filtering traffic, removing content, and suspending or terminating your account. Serious or illegal violations may be reported to the relevant authorities and upstream providers.
