Nex Devz operates Relay, an AI API gateway that routes requests to third-party model providers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, dashboard, and API.

• Account data — name, email, password hash, and organization details you provide at sign-up.
• API usage & logs — request timestamps, masked API key identifiers, model and provider names, token counts, status codes, latency, and request IDs. We do not retain prompt or completion bodies by default.
• Payment information — processed by our third-party payment processor. We store only billing metadata (plan, invoices, last four digits) and never your full card number.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically for security and analytics.

We use the data above to:

• provide, maintain, and route requests through the service;
• meter usage, calculate billing, and prevent fraud and abuse;
• display real-time usage charts and account analytics;
• secure accounts, debug issues, and comply with legal obligations;
• send service, security, and billing communications.

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with:

• Routed LLM providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and DeepSeek receive the request payloads you send so they can generate responses. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies.
• Payment processor — to process transactions and manage subscriptions.
• Infrastructure & analytics vendors — hosting, error monitoring, and aggregate analytics under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal & safety — when required by law or to protect our rights, users, and the public.

We use essential cookies for authentication and security, and optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for a limited period to support billing, analytics, and abuse prevention, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Anonymized financial records may be kept longer where required for audit and tax compliance.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can export or delete your data from your dashboard settings, or contact us at vexanodeofficial@gmail.com. We respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Relay is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.
