The Relay website, dashboard, documentation, design, and code are owned by Nex Devz or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Model outputs generated through the gateway are governed by the applicable provider terms and your agreement with us; we claim no ownership of your prompts.

Nex Devz respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To file a notice, provide our designated agent with a written communication that includes:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
• identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location (URL);
• your contact information (address, telephone number, and email);
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the agent above containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

We may, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
