1. Service Scope & Gateway Functionality
Relay provides an AI routing and load-balancing gateway that forwards authenticated developer requests to third-party artificial intelligence inference APIs. You are solely responsible for ensuring your prompts and outputs adhere to upstream model provider acceptable use policies.
2. API Key Security & Usage
You must treat all API keys generated on Relay as strictly confidential. Relay stores salted hashes of user keys and AES-256-GCM encrypted provider credentials. Any actions performed using your credentials will be attributed to your account.
3. Credit System & Account Balance
Credits are purchased through verified payments and credited to your account balance. All purchases are non-refundable once approved and credited to your account. Credits do not expire while your account remains active.
4. Rate Limits & Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that generate excessive unauthorized requests, spam payment verification queues with fictitious UTR strings, or attempt to circumvent rate limit controls.
