Zero-Payload Data Retention Standard
1. Zero Prompt & Completion Retention
Relay does not store, log, or inspect prompt bodies, completion text, or binary assets routed through our gateway by default. In-flight payloads exist in memory only for the duration of the HTTP streaming pipeline.
2. Telemetry & Accounting Data
We collect operational metadata: request timestamp, masked API key identifier, model name, provider name, HTTP status code, latency (ms), input/output token counts, and cryptographic request ID. This data is retained to provide real-time usage charts, invoice settlement, and fraud prevention.
3. Account Deletion & Right to Erasure
You can initiate permanent account deletion at any time in your dashboard settings. Account deletion purges your credentials, sessions, and personal identifiers while maintaining anonymized financial transaction entries required for auditing compliance.
